Solus Accident Repair Centres – Guildford

Everything was good in our experience with Solus Guildford. I took the car to them to inspect and they gave me a date for repair. Their driver arrived on the date having telephoned when on his way. He left a courtesy car. My husnband phoned the following day to see when the car might be ready and was told they would deliver that afternoon. It arrived - fully valeted as well - all repaired and 'back to normal'. Many thanks.

All of the members of staff I dealt with were extremely friendly and helpful. It's been the only time that my car has been to a body shop where nothing was wrong with the repair, and I've dealt with a few body shops over the years! When I picked up my car the body shop itself was very tidy and the inside of my car was well protected.
I cannot recommend Guildford Solus highly enough.

Chris is a legend! I left a valuable item in my car and he not only secured it for me, my car came back clean, pristine and perfect. Plenty of clear communication and the repair was on time too. Highly recommend. Brilliant experience.

The experience with Solus Guildford was extremely smooth. They collected the car at the time stated, kept us updated throughout the repair and returned it to us at the specified time. The quality and speed of the repair was very good, meaning that we had our car back earlier than expected - and very well cleaned! Excellent customer service throughout with friendly staff collecting the car and dropping off.

Good repair. But no advance notification of work completion which resulted in having to pay full car hire rental. Very disappointed with the lack of contact from Solus.
