I was told my car would take a week to fix, got email the day before saying it was going to take another week. When I phoned to find out what the delay was the attitude of the receptionist was absolutely shocking. I was told that basically 'it is what it is and I'll have to deal with it'.
When I finally got passed the receptionist I was told that the truth was actually that the wrong parts had been ordered and they were waiting on more parts.
No consideration for the customer at all and absolutely no customer care. The attitude of the receptionist was probably some of the worst i have ever experienced and because of this I will never be using nationwide again and will make sure as many people as humanly possible know about the shocking service.

Not the best service I have across come across and the terms and conditions and as I am told standard across the industry, but to my mind they are exploitative and I wont be using any insurance company that has Nationwide as there delegated repair center

This was the worst experience ever, please if you are directed to Nationwide in Ayr avoid at all costs through your insurance, the estimater no name talks in an condescending and patronising manner, also the General Manager couldn't be bothered to meet me,and no phone call to apologise for the workmanship carried out. Hopefully will never need to use this company again .Shame I have to leave one star should have been none

I must say Nationwide Ayr did an excellent job on my car, it might have taken over 2 weeks but I am pleased with the end result would certainly recommend them.

Got my brand new BMW X1 repaired here got it back and there are buffer marks down both sides of the car, the tyre they fitted keeps losing air,the brakes are making a noise and also a clicking noise from front end as well,sent multiple emails (with pictures) and no response. Very disappointed,car has not been the same since getting it back

Helpful staff with courtesy car delivered to house and damaged car collected. Despite being a old car with faded paintwork it was difficult to spot where the car had been damaged.
