Premier 1 Accident Repair
Unfortunately I was hit by an uninsured driver, despite having fully comprehensive insurance I was messed about by the insurers appointed handler. I was sent to two large local repairers and after one month took matters into my own hands as they failed to deal with my claim properly. Contacting the insurer direct they agreed I could appoint my own repairer. Searching Google, I found Premier 1; 5 Stars and holder of Repairer of the Year Award, I called them and made an appointment to have my car assessed. The work was assessed and I booked the car in to have the repair carried out. When I delivered the car to Premier 1 for the repair, the attention to detail and care of my car was outstanding. Michael said. “Premier 1 would look after it as though it was their own and I shouldn’t worry about anything.”

Michael took care of everything, and the car was repaired on time. When I collected the car it was parked at their entrance, I was overwhelmed by the presentation. It looked awesome, you would never have known it had been damaged. The car was valeted and looked just perfect. Michael and I inspected the repair and it was as though it had never been damaged.

Very rarely do you come across a repairer who pays attention to customer satisfaction and detail such as this. This repairer is worthy of 5 Stars and the award previously bestowed upon them. I can highly recommend Premier 1 to any and all prospective customers.

Absolutely fabulous, car went in for back bumper after being rear ended, and its come back looking brand new, fantastic work and car was absolutely spotless inside and out would definitely recommend Premier 1 and I'd certainly use them again

After someone bumped my car door in a busy car park and left a noticeable dent, Premier 1 came recommended and I’m really glad they did. Excellent service from start to finish and good advice regarding how the person who bumped me could pay for it. The repair work is first class and they valeted my car both inside and out, looked and smelled better than when I first bought it - would not hesitate to use again, great job!!

Great service from start to finish 🤩Repair to wing, door and trim due to bump with a bollard. Given a courtesy car while mine in for repair which was an added bonus. Car looked like new when I collected it, inside and out. Highly recommend Michael and the team

Incredible service!
I had cracked my back bumper and scraped the paintwork significantly. After Premier 1 repaired the damage you wouldn’t be able to tell I had ever damaged it. They even knocked out another small bump and valeted my car inside and out. I can’t recommend them enough. Superb.

After my car being damaged from someone hitting my car and damaging my headlight, headlight washer and bumper, I instantly went to Premier 1 from a recommendation and I am so pleased with the results of my car,
