My experience at Meadens Mitsubishi was positive because the car i purchased is exceptional. The staff were friendly and helpful. We travelled from the north east of England to buy the car - very long day but worth it

Stress free and unpressurised experience. Part ex valuation was well below what I expected, but sold my own car privately so no great problem.

"Liam was very amiable, he allowed me to look over the vehicle in detail prior to allowing myself and my father in law to take the car away on a test drive. Liam also then spoke to his manager to see if I could have a discount on the price, again this was granted. I then asked for a full valet prior to picking the vehicle up. When I turned up to PX my car, the handover was smooth and payment easy. I then drove away in the vehicle I wanted in a fantastically clean and shiny state. Highly recommended."

I recently bought a used car from Meadens and would highly recommend them! The team were very helpful, honest and professional. Would definetely buy from them again.

Don't let the cheaply advertised cars fool you, after having spoken to these people it turns out they're happy to offer nearly 6k less than the cheapest car on autotrader Shocking sales tactics!
I would only buy from these if you didn't have a car to trade otherwise be prepared to not only be offended but laugh when they give you a trade in price! 😂

Meadens staff were brilliant, and true to their word. They were very helpful and obliging and never pushy. We love our new car. They will be our first choice when buying another car. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you George and Liam.

Buying a car without being able to physically view and test drive it is always worrying. However, Meadens and Liam sent numerous photos and videos from the start of enquiry, sale, throughout preparation of the car and when the car was ready for delivery to keep my mind at ease. The car arrived proffesionally inside a branded lorry, by a friendly driver and was in immaculate conditon and drives perfectly.
Meadens never applied pressure for a sale and never chased me for final payment before the deadline. A refreshing change from other "Car Shop"s....
I will definitely be looking at Meadens car inventory when searching for my next car, despite them being over 200 miles away!
The only downside was part exchanging my car would've meant paying a delivery charge for the journey back to Meadens. But i just sold my vehicle to another online site locally so no issues.
Its worth noting the car itself was also very competitively priced for the age, mileage and condition!

Just received delivery of my jimny, David was really friendly and prompt with the delivery. George was really helpful when we came to view the car.
Highly recommend.
