Absolutely live savers. My key fob wasn't working, and after diagnostic it was not repairable. However Alan had a key fob that could work with my car. I tried the key fob and worked flawlessly. I requested for a key to be made, and programmed. It didn't take long and now I have a brand new key that works perfectly.
Alan was very knowledgable and helpful.

Autotechnix were great! I was recommended to visit them after experiencing issues with my Car Key and the ignition. When I called them, they were able to identify the issue and also give me a price so I knew upfront what it would cost me. ON the day of repair they were able to show me the faulty part and talked me through what they had done, and even asked me to check everything was ok before I drove off. Issue fixed, quick and friendly service. Will be recommending them to my friends and family!

I had a repair done 15 months ago. The same fault happened recently. The part was no longer under warranty but amazingly they redid the repair for free. It wasn't something I expected or thought about so the gesture really touched me. Its a fault of Nissan but they were super kind..

Called Autotechnix got appointment within 24 hrs (I was still at work) and a reasonable quote. When I turned up gentleman on desk said car would be ready in about an hour. They were busy not surprisingly. I came back just before and the job was done. Can't fault the service or staff there if what I got when they're busy is the standard then it must be amazing when they're quieter. Highly recommended.

I went in assuming I would have to buy two new car keys. They could have easily sold me them and I would've been perfectly happy, but they found that in fact the keys weren't the type I thought they were and just needed new batteries. So instead of costing over £200 for two new keys, it was £10. Excellent service and honesty. Can't recommend enough.
