Having had another company out who were unable to fit a tow bar to our van making so many excuses, I gave Starmo a try. I am glad I did! By 9am they had fitted the tow bar with no problems whatsoever.

Poor customer service. Booked van in for a tow bar 2 weeks in advance following emails being exchanged and the technician inspecting my van in person to ensure correct fitment. Arrived on the fitting day and left van with them to receive a call 30 minutes later informing me that they had ordered the wrong kit. Barely any apology and nothing offered to rectify the fact that I had wasted my time due to their mistake. Took my business elsewhere.

I was after a tow bar for my VW transporter. I got the quote back in a couple of hours from these guys. Then they got me in within a couple of days. Did actually have an issue with a part not arriving, but gave me plenty of notice and booked me in for the following day. Only took a couple of hours to be fitted. Then gave me a run down of everything, how the tow bar electrics were integrated into the VW system giving me all the proper warning lights, etc. Really fantastic service. Highly recommend.
