Car Concept

I've used this firm for several years now. Vehicle electrics have always been a struggle for me and I prefer to give electrical work to Car Concepts who do a professional job I can trust. Car Concepts have fitted my alarm/immobiliser, radio, auxiliary lights and horns, a hidden dash cam etc. The lads are always welcoming and polite and their work is top quality. Prices are reasonable and what I expect for professional work on my classic car. Car Concepts are a trustworthy firm and I recommend them to anyone who expects themselves and their car to be treated well.

I called into Car Concepts a few weeks ago to see if they could assist with a problem I had with no power to my stereo. I booked it in for the 1st April 2022 at a convenient time. I brought the car in and waited inside whilst my car was being looked at. It was a 5A fuse that I was unaware about. I was then shown where it was, so if the problem happened again I could sort it myself without any extra cost.

I was charged well below what I expected and was very, very happy with the service. I was without a radio for 177 days, and I am very thankful to have it working again. Thanks!

Absolute joke of a business.
Closing time at 5:30 on a Friday I arrive at 4:25 saying that they’re closing.
After some persuasion they allowed me to book in for Monday, while making me feel like I was holding them back from going home.
Then on Monday to turn up at 9:45 with nobody here.
Opening times for 9 am.
I waited until 11:40 just in case I’ve got the time wrong, still nobody turned up to work.
The business next door to them, I asked if they had a direct number to contact him in case of emergencies. Sadly they do not have this but I must highlight it seemed I was not the first customer to ask this question or be in the situation with a company.
While I was here three more customers turned up for appointments and left.

This is completely not the way to run a business at all !!!

Need dash cam fitted given good price. I then took my wife to have her dash cam fitted not expensive and took only one hour.
