A11 Repairs

First time using A11 - couldn't be happier and can't recommend enough. Adam kept me informed of what needed doing and costs along the way. One thing that can make any repair really expensive are the labour charges, but Adam's rates are a lot, lot more reasonable and he's also a lot more friendly too!!

Will definitely use A11 again for anything else that needs fixing.

Adam came round mid-afternoon on a Friday to investigate an electrical problem with my Lexus diesel. The work was complicated and intricate, however he managed to find and resolve the problem. Adam was also very personable and he explained exactly what he was doing and why. The pricing was very fair, especially as I saw first hand the lengths he went to in order to fix the issue. Highly recommended.

I've always used Adam. Possibly too honest for his own good but it means I keep coming back when I need help with my car. My aircon was making an awful noise, called the dealer, £600 as needed a new aircon unit fitting (or I was going to do more damage) just before my holiday. Mentioned it to Adam and he asked do you need aircon for your hols? No I said. He went under the car, cut the belt that drove the aircon and said off you go then. 10 seconds, job done. Great guy, highly recommended.

Adam is so helpful and knowledgeable. I rang him and he came to me and ran a diagnostic on my peugeot, sorted it all out and now I have headlamps again. Can't recommend him enough.

Thank you for taking a look at my camper van, hopefully a new fuse will fix it. If not will be more than happy to bring it to you to be fixed.

Had an issue with air con on a 2014 vw polo.
Adam came and looked at the car, came back with wiring diagrams and diagnostic equipment and found a damaged wire on the can bus.

Had a wiring short on a classic car. Adam arrived promptly and spent time diagnosing and searching for the fault. All eventually sorted, thank you ! Easy going, reasonable rates, decent bloke , highly recommended.

My Daughters Peugeot developed issue of not starting. The local garage identified it to be a immobiliser issue. But they did not have the knowhow to fix it. I got A11 Repairs (or Adam's number) via person known to us. So I texted him with the details of the fault. Rather than asking me to bring the car and taking my money he told me via text what to do to fix it. Joy, it worked!

Bottom line, he is very helpful, and fair. My only hope is he is making some money whilst helping others!
