When every garage in Retford let me down and wanted to charge me £50 for some electrical work on my car, John at Auto Electrical not only looked after me as though I was family but did a great job of helping me with what I needed. Highly recommend and thanks again John:)

I went in without appointment for a problem with a rear light unit that I couldn't fix myself, but they were too busy to look at it right then. However, the lady suggested to leave my number so they could call me in case they had some time between jobs. She phoned me after 3pm and at 3.45 the problem was fixed and for a very small fee. Super service!

I'm from worksop but took my car here because I thought I'd be better off and I really wish I hadn't bothered. My car had the ABS light on as well as the ESP light . I'd rang them and told them I'd had the AA out and they said it needed to go to an electrical garage because there was a fault with the ABS . The first time doing my car they said they had cleared all the faults and the cause was probably because I need my brakes doing . I took my car to Halfords and they said my breaks don't need doing yet and it needed to go back to an electrical specialist. A week later I took it back to this garage . I left the car and went for a walk . After walking ages I decided I go back and wait but when I got back to the garage my car was there waiting. I'd had no phone call to say it was ready. The garage did the same again as the last time so I was still no better off . I was told we haven't got time to look through all the modules that came up because we have other cars in . Then she said another garage as messed around with your car. Yes I took it to another garage because she said my brakes needed doing which was more time wasted . At the end of the day they didn't have a clue but instead of just saying so they let me waste my time and money
