Tried to get a pay monthly policy but the whole years payment was taken out at once an left me overdrawn an all that could be done was cancel my policy,

Awful company to deal with. Moved address and changed vehicle during my policy. I had to call several times to arrange this and each time they said their systems were down. Ive tried to contact them for the past 2 weeks to discuss a renewal quote and again, their systems were down.
Found out after changing vehicle that they hadn't actually changed my address as the requote system (wait for it...) was down at the time, so they couldn't actually adjust the policy and just left policy at my old address. Lucky nothing happened as I doubt I would have been covered if something had!
The app didn't always work and then I would be threatened with them cancelling my policy for not recording journeys (despite trying to!).
I honestly do not understand how they are still trading. Hopefully they won't be for much longer!

The worst car insurance, as you don't get a box fitted to your car it's all through an app. Every time you get in the car you have to remember to start recording the journey and before school runs and work it's the last thing you think of doing. You can have it to autostart but it drains your battery and if you go on a journey in a different car it records that journey can safely say when this insurance is up I will not be using drivology again

Absolutely irritating app. Doesn't record all journeys, even when I've pressed it to start. Also thinks that Leeds is 50 miles from London. Customer service however didn't seem too worried that my mileage would look different on the app to my cars milometre. Also, dangerous driving hours are between 11pm and 5am, so what do you want me to do, stop on the motorway for 6 hours??

This is my second year with Driveolgy, I have had my payments go down which has been great, makes a big difference, I have left the app on automatic so that when I'm in the car it automatically records. So far no issues with the app or them.

Used the company for three years. Never had a problem with customer service. Phone app did feel uncomfortable to use at first but soon became part of my driving routine. Premium did reduce after first year and stayed low. It makes you challenge yourself to be a better driver.

It is the worst experience I have ever had with an insurance company. I got involved in an accident and phoned them directly to get advice on what to do. Call kept drop out when selecting the "claim department". Finally reached them through the customer service. I felt the agent how talked to me was in a rush and no friendly at all. The insurance company of the other driver were much nicer despite them paying the full claim amount. Also, my driving score is 87 on the app and I only got £30.48 discount on the policy after 3 months. Most importantly, customer service is open from 9:5 and closed on weekend, so if you got stuck and can't drive your car until you reach them (like my case now), you have to wait. Avoid!!!!

The worst insurance company ever, have an accident that wasn't your fault and they try their best to cancel your policy. DO NOT GO WITH THESE JOKERS get a real insurance company!!!!
