I’m absolutely disgusted with this company we have been insured with them for two years and renewed again for the third year this year.
I’m just receiving a phone call they have had a discrepancy on how long we have in the car which was bought new unfortunately my father passed away three years ago and it was transferred into my mother‘s name.
Apparently this adds £180 onto the policy.
I shall never be using this company again.
As for the sales person arrogant is an understatement.
I would recommend everybody to stay clear

writing this review on behalf of my partner. he paid in full for a policy, only to have the policy cancelled and £100+ charged to his debit card without his knowledge. something that could've been easily resolved over the phone, but instead this company chose to steal the money from under his nose and not even reimburse the policy money. now he is out of pocket several hundred pounds after having to find a seperate insurance policy with a different company. absolute scam.

Best insurance broker I've dealt with in over 40 years of driving, courteous staff, fast efficient and honest, were able to quote for my exact specific needs at the right price with a policy that covered everything. Impressed that they were able to accommodate my exact needs including use for visiting clients.

I’ve used this company a couple of times and can not recommend it, they are not easy to deal with. They are the only insurance company that wanted a photo of my garage which is just a faf, I cancelled my policy after 3 months and didn’t get any refund for the remaining 9 months, the hold times on the phone are ridiculous and the web chat is inactive. Based on that I can’t imagine they’d be in a massive hurry to pay out if I did claim.Pay a little bit more and insure elsewhere, you’ll save a lot of time/hassle.

Would not recommend. I accidentally put garage instead of private road which I accept is my fault. They then cancelled the policy and then said because I cancelled they would charge me £30.

From reading other comments they have a habit of cancelling policy's and then charging for the cancellation.

This is worst insurance company I’ve ever been with. Customer service is a joke when you eventually get through to them. The staff on the chat line were not very helpful at all. I’ve had to cancel my policy and go elsewhere. Best part of it they charge a £55 admin fee even though it was all done online. A complete joke.

Lynda was very reassuring and very helpful. She helped me understand each and every part of my new insurance policy. I would highly recommend Performance Direct.

I had to change my insurance to a new vehicle. The phone was answered promptly, the gentleman who answered knew exactly what to do and did everything quickly and a efficiently. It was a really positive experience. And their rates are so good too!
