Been with the company for number of years for motorhome insurance. Always good service and decent price. Dealt with Chloe for renewal. delightful girl and very helpful. Recommended

Excellent service experienced. Their representative Chloe helped with the very sad task of cancelling my late father's policy following his recent death. Then quickly set up a new policy in my name. My father used Comfort for years without any hassle, so it was an easy decision to go with them myself. Recommended.

I sold my van before the renewal date for my insurance and notified Comfort Insurance. Since then they have robbed me twice via direct debit, tried to obtain monies with menaces, threatened me and sent it all to their own debt collection agency.
I would stay well clear of these crooks.

Shocking, couldn't insure us but took our full policy payment
When they later the following day stated they were not happy with a photo of the private parking area , they made it impossible for the insurance to go ahead, which was due to start in the following 2 weeks.
They did refund the premium but took a £35 admin fee ! Yet online none of these questions were asked and the policy had been confirmed and paid for!

Be careful with them as they have stolen this money from us, £35 for what ? For them not providing the insurance we paid for.

Renewed insurance again with Comfort. Very helpful in providing quotes for various options and assisting me.

Dreadful experience. Gave a quote, we accepted and paid in full. Then they asked for a photo of it outside of the address- which we did- then they said they cannot insure it if we park it on the road. What kind of company won't let you park on the road. DOH. They cancelled it before it had begun. And they are charging us 30quid for the privelege. The cheek. And we cannot get the refund of our money to pay a new company leaving us in the lurch. Disgusting way to treat people.

Great company for motorhome or camper van insurance. I also got a great quote for my car which undercut Aviva by nearly £200! Staff are friendly and helpful on the phone to arrange.👍

Had a front tyre let go on the motorhome in Germany. Contacted and where great. Towed and dropped off near a tyre centre. Replaced tyre next morning and back on the road by 11am. Cheers Jeff
