Motorcade is the most useless company I've ever dealt with. They are very rude and unwilling to make any effort. I regularly have to wait 30 minutes or more on hold just to get through to someone. When i finally get through to someone they barely listen to what I'm telling them. They just want to get off the phone. The service isn't any better neither if you go to the office in person. AVOID if possible.

Wish there is below 1 star. Staff couldn't solve problems on phone so went there for suggestions and quotes and biggest mistake of course. Haven't seen such an unprofessional staff before. The lady I was dealing with was so rude and annoying. I was shown hefty price and said my licence Was below 5 years and when I showed my licence they said its updated wrong on system, liars. I was renewing policy from apps but she blocked it and said pay 20 extra every month but I asked her its not shown in apps she said its not there but I have to pay now, wow and I didn't went there to renew the policy I just wanted to get some advice and I got increase premium instead and her intolerable behaviour and attitude as bonus. She showed no interest in dealing and best help she offered was to go and look policy somewhere else and that's what I did and I am glad I am not with their insurance anymore. If you want to spoil your time and get pissed off then try or else just avoid them.

Very Upsett!! They provide Realy bad serivce i am there customer for more then 2 years i wanted a fully comprehensive insurance they told to me to bring the car to there office but make no sense how the hell i can drive a vehicle which is uninsured i called them severel times explaining the problem but they dont want to know about any thing.. and very rude on the phone.

As a service they're okay. However I tried to create an online portal a few months ago for my policy so that I could get a quote online for a change in vehicle. However because my policy was to old (started it in february) I couldn't have one. I asked if there was a way to change it so that I could get an online portal but the answer was no.

If there was a way I could have an online portal I would probably give a 4 star.

Bad customer service has to wait two hours before speaking to someone and then they put me on hold without giving a reason had to speak to two different people to explain the situation and nothing is noted on their system

Took me an hour to get through. Had to ask for my certificate of insurance as I have had no proof of insurance. Very polite and helpful customer service representative
