This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with, unfortunately my insurers passed the claim over to them to deal with after a non fault RTA, it has been over 8 weeks and still no update as to when my vehicle will be repaired. Their staff are rude and have very little knowledge of the processes they are dealing with. They dropped off a courtesy car that had damage on every panel, door, wheel etc and then drove my car away rather than it being picked up on tow truck etc. I received no handover paperworks although I was told that this would be emailed to me. Unfortunately I am now stuck at a cross roads with no where to go and have to just put up with this ridiculous situation and customer service. Where possible avoid like the plague if your insurers instruct them refuse to deal with them dont let them take your vehicle. I wish there was an option for a no star review.

In terms of your response you have had ample opportunities to resolve the issues, when i have called at least 3 times a week, I have spoken to managers etc and nothing is done, I have asked for paperworks etc to sent to me on several occasions and although promised this has not been adhered to. Your customer service is appalling and your staff think that is perfectly acceptable to fob me off and for my vehicle to just be sat somewhere with nothing being done. I am also receiving alerts from the vehicle that the battery is at a critical level and one of the windows are open.

Since posting the above review an official complaint was made to PVM. I was contact immediately by Sophie James who has been handling the complaint and done her upmost to rectify the situation, keeping me informed on a regular basis and acting upon my requests in a timely manner.

Had a good overall experience with this company, they were quick to get in contact and I was provided with a hire car the next day. Found the staff I spoke with extremely understanding and helpful, everything was taken care of swiftly. A lady called Siana was responsible for looking after my claim and I cannot praise her enough, she kept me updated regularly, was quick to answer any queries and kept me informed throughout the progress of the claim. I found her to be extremely professional, and over and above my expectations of great customer service. Thank you so much Siana!

Honestly, I don't have anything bad to say about this company. Everyone1 was so friendly and helpful at the site, especially when I showed up with my 1-year-old son. They didn't keepd me waiting. Also, Toni Trainer advised me through the whole process, and explained to me what was going on.She was really friendly and nice when I meet her in person .

Our company has dealt with Progress for over 15 years, we have been very well looked after consistently over that period and can only say positive things about them. its hard to find companies in this industry you can reply on but Progress is one. Karen and all the team on claims side do a great job

We have been working with Progress Vehicle Management for a number of years now and have always found them able to efficiently assist our clients with the need for a replacement vehicle.
The staff are friendly and helpful and always at hand to answer any questions.
If you need a hire car and 5-star Plus service, look no further!

Received my hire car very quickly and repairs were done to an excellent standards by garage called Crank Start in Slough. Staff were friendly and efficient especially Karen really helpful. Great service and experience.

I was involved in a non-fault accident in Oct 21. To save me going through my insurance company I contacted PVM to helped me. Tom was my file handler at the time and managed to get liability confirmed. The other insurers took their time but PVM were quick to drop off a hire car which I needed for work and pick up my car to carry out repairs. Was kept up to date throughout the process and over all very happy. Would recommend

If your insurance refers you to them don't proceed!! I've been left unable to replace my car as the third party insurance underpaid and PVM are recovering the damage savage separately then will pay me afterwards but want to collect the hire car before paying me this. Avoid this company at all costs the will try to get it done with asap so they get paid but will leave you without a car.

Anyone in the same position should contact the financial ombudsman as its completely wrong what they are doing.
