DYU Scooters

This company seems to have a track record for delayed customer service according to their feedback. I must say I strongly agree & understand the frustration this company causes its customers as I am equally a victim to there fraud but I won't give up & determined to get my £600 from these scammers & hopefully the whole company will collapse. This is just the beginning of the fight.

Do not buy from this company I bought a 2000w evolution plus electric scooter from them.

They said it has 40 miles range and said does 40mph it does a out 25mph and 8 miles I weight 9 stone.
They say the RRP* is 999.00 never seen that price figure ever ??
Cost me 600.00 they ignore all my emails , calls and they try scam the scooter back off me , HOW ?? by telling me to send scooter back with no tracking information 😒, I got my money back and still have the scooter. Now will buy correct battery . And parts

Absolutely disgusted bought my son a black quad for his birthday they sent red, i paid for a electric quad to only receive a petrol quad so they’ve sent me one that’s actually £80 cheaper than what I’ve paid. And to top it off they are now not answering!!! I will take this further and I mean it.

I first called at 13:55 about the colour - as soon as I put down the phone that’s when we realised that you had sent petrol and not electric - my son is 4 year old he can’t ride petrol! So not only the colour, but also a quad that’s actually cheaper on your website. As soon as we tried to call back we’ve had no answer?? It’s rude, when I’ve paid all that money, and for checking within 48 hours of delivery, it was a present for my son so we had to hide it inside the shed and the delivery driver helped me shift it to the shed, if your ordering something you expect it to be correct the first time. Especially paying all of that money, we then contacted the shops at the side of the shop you used to be at, so we could drive over but your not even there anymore. We need this changing tomorrow, and my partner will stay off work to get this sorted.

Never but anything from this company they sold me 4 stroke petrol scooter only to last me 5min yge engibe exploded and i have kids in my house brought this on ebay got my full money back they use cheap Chinese
If you look online you can find the real deal at goped.com they will service it for u and they pick and drop of service spare parts can be brought from ddm.com

What a five star service we have received from DYU scooters. My son purchased a scooter around 4 months ago. 2 weeks ago it developed a charging problem so we contacted the shop. They arranged for the scooter to be collected the next day. A few days later the problem was sorted and it got shipped back to us.
Long story short the courier lost the scooter and after DYU contacted them the scooter turned up 3 days later. The box was battered and the scooter wouldn't turn on. After a quick message to DYU he arranged to come to us the next day to sort the problem !
As promised they came out and got it sorted for us on the hottest day of the year I might add.
Thankyou so much guys for providing a five star service and I would highly recommend DYU scooters 😊

My Husband has brought from this supplier twice and on both occasions has had problems, first time they sent him the incorrect Basket for his DYU electric scooter, second time he ordered two sets of replacement tyres and inner tubes and has only been sent one set, have tried contacting company by email, Facebook and telephone with no reply so again we have to put in a charge back from this company, my advice avoid at all costs

If i could give it zero stars I would over £1000 worth of scooters bought over 500 pound in repair WEAK FRAMES BATTERYS BMS CONSTANTLY GOES ASWELL AS FUSE HOLDER, honestly my advice avoid like the plague ! Only after your money !

Bought this quad from MAF absolutely brilliant no issues with anything. Just be careful if letting little ones ride it use slow settings to get used to speed. My grand daughter was speeding away to the hills in top setting.
