Halfords

Appalling. Took my bike on a Tuesday got told it will be done by Sunday ,now it is Friday! I’ve had no call had to go into store to find out what’s happened ,still no repair .I just took my bike back as nothing has been done ,no apology or explanation .i don’t recommend sending your bike here nobody seems capable of a simple fix to a rear brake!

Just had excellent service from Dave. The coolant light came on in my car - he helped us select the right coolant, filled the car and then fixed the mechanism that opens and locks the bonnet. Thank you so much!

Very helpful & friendly staff here. I dealt with Dave and Tom who were great, and Dave fitted my car battery while I waited. Very efficient and friendly service. Highly recommended.

I bought from Halford's Carlton Centre in Lincoln because of Store assistant Danny. He was so helpful. Got in a couple of Voodoo bikes and built them for my kids to try and brought in his GF's Voodoo for me to try. Not had such good customer service before.

Booked a 10 point check for this morning and a few issues were found. The issues were dealt with quickly, oil topped up, coolant added and fog light changed.
Will definitely be using again, thank you halfords...

I went into Halfords at the Carlton Centre in Lincoln this evening with a broken headlight bulb. I expected I'd be sitting in McDonalds for an hour whilst I waited, but in fact the whole thing was done without fuss in under 5 minutes. Great service, but unfortunately didn't have a good enough excuse for a Big Mac, so now I'm having to eat a healthy dinner at home instead.

I required a new headlight, so I popped in the local Halfords, and it was done ten minutes later. Friendly, capable staff and a not-unreasonable-price.

Brilliant service from Halfords, Lincoln Outer Circle Retail Park, Wragby Road (745). I was treated brilliantly and the guys really valued me as a customer. Be proud Halfords you have great colleagues working for you- I’m going back!
