Euro Car Parts, Kings Lynn

I ordered a car battery online and picked it up just 2 hours later. Quick efficient service. Could do with more car parking spaces though.

Using every now again. They have app. But discount they provide after typing code is weird. Know for fact some vw parts better avoid to buy.

Poor click and collect system. Staff had to source the items individually when you turned up to collect. Items should have been picked/ prepared and stored somewhere in advance to bring out to the customer. Only one person working the till whilst four other staff smoking cigarettes or chatting outside the office despite the queue at the till. Only saving grace was the price of the goods.

Went into Kings Lynn, handed over part number, got product I wanted, just wish the guy on the desk hadn't been such a moody so-&-so, growled and made me feel bad for wanting to buy something.

Also, shame there's such limited car parking

Most unhelpful staff. Will absolutely not go out of their way to help.

Always have your car part available overnight

Raging! Good for prices. Absolute muppets in branch. Queued for 20 minutes with five other people queueing behind me while no members of staff attempted to help the guy who was on the sales desk, who was rushing, trying to get the angry que served poor old boy. While staff members casually stroll to and fro joking and chatting including the branch manager 🤬🤬Then I find out only one plug has come in so I have to come back tomorrow and queue for another 20 minutes well you can spin I will not be returning to this branch.
