The Motorist Centre

Been going here for years as my local parts shop. If they don't have something in stock they can typically order for same or next day. Some parts are cheaper than I can find online, some more expensive, but I'd rather support a local business. Very reliable and friendly and always my first call when I need parts or tools.

I've used these guys for years. Very rarely are they over priced and can get the parts you need either off the shelf, delivered to the shop the same day or next day. Either way great service. They stock a lit of tools too. Always handy for the stubborn part that simply won't come off half way through a strip down.

So today I thought I just needed one new back light bulb, so off to the motorist centre I went, because I know in the past they have always been very helpful.
Friendly greeting as I walked in, explained to the guy what I needed and within seconds he was out at my car. After about half an hour, things were not as straight forward as first thought. None of my back lights were working!! Panic started to set in as it was getting dark. To cut a long story short, the first guy was defeated and sent another one out, within 10 minutes he had fixed the problem.
These guys were amazing and carried on until my lights were both working, they didn’t need to do this but they went above and beyond.
