Received excellent service from Alfie 😊
Sunday afternoon was very busy however Alfie found a couple of minutes to help with opening the display and help me out to complete my big order on ADVANCED HALFORDS TOOLS!
I came back next day for couple more bits and Alfie helped me again with no hesitation.
Thanks Alfie for your nice and quick service, hope to you again as I will need more tools in my new job.
I would like to advise other people that we all should keep smiling and be positive, trust me that change everything and everyone 😊

Purchased some new number plates and paid to get them fitted. Very helpful staff and a good job done! The following day there was a knock on the door and it was a member of staff returning my paperwork which I left in store. Amazing! Many thanks. Very much appreciated.

Went into the store today in a state of panic as my car needed a new battery. The guys in here were so helpful, I spoke to a chap sadly I didn't catch his name but he was on the till as I walked in around 9:20 this morning. He then went and found a battery for my car and left us with a gentlemen called Harry who replaced it in no time. Very smooth transaction and great customer service.

Mark could not have been more helpful. Came out to confirm colour of car and paint needed, was cheerful, respective and knowledgeable. Great representative for your company, well done, will always come back for this level of service.

I had new wiper blades fitted which unfortunately, came off while I was driving on a main road in the rain. I called customer services to complain and had a call back straight from a gentleman called Matt who works there. He was extremely helpful and fixed the issue by replacing the blades for me before the end of his shift. The customer service was brilliant so thank you.

So i purchased an electric bike from halfords website and then got a call from the store telling me that there were no new bikes in stock and was i happy with an ex display model.
I said i was happy with an ex display model and drove over to the store ot pick it up!!
i had to wait for an hour for them to get it ready????? and then they bought this very well used bike out that they claimed was new!!! please see pictures
It had bits missing bald tyres scratches and best of all no battery!!!!!!!!!
After an other hour of waiting and arguing i walked out of the with a different model only to find this bike had a whole host of fault codes.
i contacted the store to be told that they were busy and someone would get back to me! surprise no one did !!
The whole experience was embarrassing for myself and the staff and i will never go there again!

I was happy with the assistance I received in store today purchasing a new car battery and the service of Matt and Vicki ( in replacing the battery and providing a 10 point winter check) at the Wellingborough store went above and beyond. A bad day was greatly improved by the friendly and efficient service. Thank you

Can't fault! This time of year as expected, there were people off sick. But we were dealt with promptly by the guy on the till. I don't know his name, but glasses and a cane.

Fitting our battery was done with no fuss. Car checked over for fault codes and all was done! We found out that the chao who was outside in the cold was the manager, Matt. Could not fault his service. We had a good chat about my days at Halfords, 1968.

All in all a great service. Chuffed to bits.
