Horrible Vendor! Stay away! Wayne in the Returns Department was complete treat. I ordered a set of hinges for my defender. The manufacturer made a mistake on the front left side and gave to hinges to house a side view mirror. I know, not the vendors fault? Wrong. The vendor only began communicating with me after I gave up sending emails to LRdirect and began sending emails to Britpart. Britpart actually coached LRDirect to respond. Regrettably after two weeks of emails full of excuses blaming the manufacturer for the short comings of an easy resolution, Britpart took over the issue and sent me the part. From start to finish, three weeks. Paddocks dealt with a similar issue with in a week with the product in my hands . By the way, I live in The Yukon. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Fantastic to deal with and super quick delivery to New Zealand.
If you can find the part number on line the whole process is seamless.
Great prices too, with the option to buy genuine if you choose.

I live in Canada, my order was placed on a Tuesday & received on Thursday---2 Days Later!
Pricing was far better than anything in North America as well

I could have ordered from somewhere in the states but I know I would have been waiting over 2 weeks to receive + a lot more money.
I will absolutely be checking with LR Direct on any future purchases for my Rover.

were do i start, special delivery states 2 days...not true
have to chase orders, dont answer the phone, had to email..
recieved email from DPD that delivery next day only to be told they dont have the order from the sender...
terrible customer service and mislead by delivery times..never us them again
