Halfords - Barrow-in-Furness

I got to your Barrow depot on a bank holiday and was delighted you were open; I'd only come to get a battery for the smart ignition key on my sons car and there are lots of batteries and so; opportunities to get the thing wrong. Fortunately for me I was greeted by a sales person and they quickly got the right gear for me. I'm 71 and hard of hearing and a bit bumbling, but it was no problem for your staff , even on a tiny order!
This wasn't one of those; "Have a nice day" and , "every day's like Christmas; it was good solid helpful and naturally cheerful business. I think you make an ordinary shopping experience just
more pleasant, in a seamless sort of way. Keep it up!

Had to return to the store which is 20 mile round trip to get bulb which paid for fitted correctly. Phoned helpline, not interested, store when finally spoken to where not bothered. Paid for a service which was not given, and no one said sorry or offered anything for wasting our time and fuel money to go back to put right what should of be a simple job for the qualified specialist. Would not recommend Barrow in Furness store for this service.

Needed a tail light replacing. Staff were brilliant in what turned out to be quite a fiddly job (the car’s fault, not theirs!) Service with a smile. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Fantastic service. Emma was happy and helpful rang me to let me know my order was ready for collection. Courtney helped me put my items into my car and was helpful through the whole process

Ellis fitted me 2 new headlamp bulbs on my Fiesta. I know previously that they are tricky to fit but Ellis did them straight away for me. He had a really nice customer service approach so thank you Ellis.

Courtney was an excellent and efficient operative today, and most importantly showed a proper knowledge of Land Rover products, so my visit today was easy and informative. Courtney was very pleasant and helpful and should be used more in an outward facing role.

New battery-- immediate emergency replacement there and then by Joshua. Quick, cheerful couldn't have been better. Well done Halfords.

Went in for new battery got halfords to fit it, Ellis the young man who fitted it did a great job, was in and out in 20 mins . Thanks hlfords and ellis
