If I could rate minus Zero I would, rude staff with absolutely no knowledge about vehicles. How these people got jobs in a sector where safe is paramount is unavailable.

The girl at the tills just absolutely straight up rude and the fitter has no clue at all.

I would avoid this branch at all costs unless you know what your getting and don't need advice from these lot.

Needed a replacement headlight bulb. Found one in stock. Served by a very pleasant young lady, and had the bulb fitted in seconds by an equally pleasant young man. Highly recommended!

My bicycle tyre's needed replacing and was given a week for collection, to my surprise I received a text message the next day that it was ready for collection due to hard work that went into getting to them fixed,am very pleased with the outcome and on that bases would recommend them for a job well done.

I wish i could leave a positive review but I genuinely cannot as that would be me not being true to myself. Customer service in this store is absolutely mediocre at best. Definitely needs improving. Staff behave cluelessly when you ask them basic questions, like if they have a steering wheel cover available in stock or not. I felt like I was talking to a wall on several occasions as I spoke to these Halford representatives on the shop floor. No presence👎🏻

I've always shopped with halfords and the service and products are always great. However, I bought wheel trims yesterday and, after fitting them correctly, I drove for about 6 Miles's before one detached itself. I phoned the store and they decided it cannot be replaced and I have to buy 4 more!! The other 3 are on solidily. Why would I place one on incorrectly? It was obviously faulty. What a disappointment the company turned out to be.
Europ spares in the future and goodbye to any furher trade with halfords.

Great experience took bike in for check up brilliant staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Put my bike for exchange for gift card. Looked after me brilliantly.

If I could give minus points to this store I would.

I am owed a refund of £665 that has gone missing in Halford's system. I have been chasing it for days but the "manager" Ross has no interest in fixing his mistake. Not only does he continue to be incredibly rude, but he managed to send my refund to God knows where. 5 days on and I'm still waiting to be advised when my £665 will be returned to me. Disgusted doesn't even cover it!

Do yourself a favour and give this store a miss. Shopping there is not worth the stress.

Really quick efficient service, definitely worth paying the extra for the fitment service. The gentleman that worked on the car was really knowledgeable and a nice guy as well
