Such friendly, helpful staff. When I ordered a part it arrived within an hour and the staff called me back rather than telling me to call them. One gentleman fitted my headlight as a courtesy. Far better than Halfords or any of the bigger stores. Really great service.

Purchased a headlight bulb this morning. The very helpful Pete not only fitted it, but showed me how to do it for future reference. Thank you again Pete. A great local service. Ashamed I even considered Halfords!

Excellent customer service. I went in to get a front headlight bulb for my car and the very helpful assistant helped me to fit it to my car then and there. They have a wide range of stock & prices are fair.

Will never shop there again due to un helpfulness iof the staff. Called in for wiper blades for car had my reg , man asked me if they were metal or plastic I said I didn’t know. He then rolled his eyes. I asked him to come and look with me but he flatly refused. If this is how they treat disabled customers I would advise everyone to shop elsewhere 😡😡

Have used this shops several times. Give them your reg and they can tell you what bulbs you need. When I brought some coolant top-up they explained the different types and why you can’t mix types etc.

I had a flat tyre on my bicycle and they helped ordered the inner tube. They replaced my tyre, repaired my inner tube, and tightened my bike stand and screw on my bell for no extra charge. It all cost £14.99 and much better prices that charge in the town centre when I last had a flat.

They changed my front headlight bulb - 520D BMW.
Friendly, fast and efficient. Great service from them, they did the same this time last year. Would always recommend them.
