The staff were excellent most helpful and very knowledgeable on the product. The Hitchin staff could learn a lot from them.

Ordered my daughter a bike for her 4th birthday from this branch. Originally looked online and requested for the bike to be built at my local store. Literally within 2 minutes of my request being placed on the website I received a call from the store to give me an ETA on when the bike would be ready. Very happy with the purchase - see what my daughter says on her birthday :) Have popped into the store a few times before and the staff were helpful.

Called in to price up new bike tyre.....The old one was balder than the Michell Brothers
Good advice and help from Kash a very enthusiastic member of staff who for a small charge fitted the tyre while I waited and "tweeked" the brakes for good measure. On Line prices were matched which was a real bonus and suprise. A happy customer.

Shocked! Popped in for some bicycle chain lube, witnessed a Halfords 'mechanic' trying to get a bottom bracket bearing out by whacking a screwdriver against the bearing with a hammer. I told the 'mechanic' he is damaging the frame and in reply he said 'maybe I am'.

Terrible the people there are good but the products are bad, i brought a bike for myself for £130 and payed an extra 20 for slime tubes and both pubes have broken, the stickers started coming off apso i had to take them off, both breaks have broken and ive had to take them off otherwise its harder to ride, and now im going to have to sell it for parts and not get half of my money back, would not recommend.

Within minutes of walking into the shop someone was there to help. I was buying a new bicycle, these guys know their stuff, well done. Would recommend Halfords all day long. Bike not in shock but will be ready for Wednesday including accessories attached. Cheers.
