Amazing customer service by Jordan at the Cheltenham store. He went above and beyond and completely exceeded all my expectations. He is a star ⭐️. My son was thrilled with how his hand me down Boardman bike now looks!! Thank you so much.

Just popped into Halfords to see if I could get my 'Day Running' lights (bulbs) replaced in my car and they did it straight away for me. Excellent service and friendly helpful staff. While on date I joined the free Halfords Motoring Club and it saved me an extra £5.00.

I visited your store on Tewkesbury Road, Cheltenham to buy a replacement windscreen wiper for my Mini Countryman. The assistant was more interested in signing me up for your Motoring Club rather than advising me that you did not stock a suitable item. It was only after waiting for 10/15 minutes for your engineer to start carrying out the 10 item check that I was advised of the fact. The engineer, who was polite and helpful, was only able to carry out 7 of the 10 items due to the make of my vehicle. Could you please train your staff so that they try to resolve your customers requirements before they sign them up for something they are not over interested in.

Bought new bikes for my kids, the person that served me was very thorough with the orders to ensure they were right, also great service sharing parts of his own life around his daughter, to support connecting with me when i talked about my daughter. Great way to connect with a customer. Think he was the manager or was defiantly the supervisor in the evening as other colleagues kept coming to him.

Noticed one of my front headlamps had gone. I pulled up to the store and double checked my headlights to make sure I knew what I needed to get, and as soon as I got in, one of the lads serving (Sam) was already there, correct bulb in hand!

Then another (Harry) swirly changed it for me in a couple of minutes and I was on my way within 10 minutes.

Exchanging cars so booked in to Cheltenham to have next base dash cam removed ready for transfer to new car, cost for this £50. A bit excessive for 20 minutes work , but cheaper than new dash cam . I asked about fitting to my new car and was told the charge for fitting (20 minute job) would be £50.I asked if there was any discount given for the combined job of a removal and then fit to new vehicle. Counter person allegedly phoned the store manager to ask if this was possible and then informed me that the costs were fixed. When I said you have just lost a fitting Job he just shrugged his shoulders. I could say cocky little ……….! But the lad probably needs a bit of customer service training.
To transfer a dash cam from one car to another Halfords charge £100 pounds for 40 minutes work which equates to £150 per. hour.This is not value for money and one can only wonder what other services and products they are premium pricing .
They have lost my trust .

Sean (not sure on spelling) changed one of my front head lights. He also changed the battery on my car after it failed to start. At all times Sean was friendly, helpful and professional (declining a McDonald’s ..). When I went to pay, I informed the Manager of the excellent service I had received. Extremely refreshing when you are female and sorting out a car. I would go to this branch of Halfords again, and ask for Sean.

I was massively impressed with your staff both when I ordered the roof box and when they fitted it. Tamara came in on her day off and Aggie was brilliant. They are both a credit to your company!
