Avoid at all costs. Awful service, very slow to deliver the part. Then when the part arrived it was not as described. I agreed to send the part back for a refund. I have had nearly two months of constant chasing for a refund. Regularly told it had been put through but not offered any proof. Only when I said I would go to the small claims court did they refund me and offer a recipt. Max the boss is very hard to get hold of, and when you get hold of him he palms you off with excuses. Never again!

If i could give 0 stars i could. I paid for a part on 23/07/19 and still have not received it even though i was promised 24/48 hours. so 5 weeks of being fobbed off and hearing lame excuses, from being off with a migraine, to personal issues to the products packaging being damaged in transit. Currently now taking them to court to claim my money back. The have also have a first strike off notice on companies house. I would avoid at all costs.

SCAM! STAY AWAY! I am owed £2950.00 from nearly a year ago. He took my money and then vanished and after many emails and calls he finally got back to me saying he had a few of the pieces but then he vanished again and never sent them. As a last resort, I had to drive two hours to his shop to try and find him and the car parts. I got some of the pieces I purchased and he said he would have the remainder that week and would ship them but never did and then he vanished from all communication again. He has not replied to myself or my lawyer in months. I have since taken a claim out on him and will be taking him to court if he does not refund my money.

Great experience with the team at All Class Mercedes. Had a few things to replace on my car and they were very thorough with the diagnosis and repairs. Efficient service and had me back on the road in no time. Thanks again!

Poor customer service, sell wrong parts for different models, always say to call you back and never. Not worth the time or effort go somewhere else simple

I am very delighted to report - that Max of All Class Mercedes Ltd carried out a superb job in replacing our mercedes rear corroded axel.

We contacted All Class Mercedes Ltd at short notice late November 2021 because other garages in London were busy - but more importantly were quoting very high prices for the repair - a mercedes approved garage was quoting almost 3 times the cost - with parts having to come from Germany.

All Class Mercedes Ltd carried the repairs in less than 2 days and provided progress photos throughout. In addition to advising on other ware and tear elements they kindly carried minor repairs - door alignments free of charge.

Admittedly we were very concerned about the reviews we read before engaging All Class Mercedes Ltd and almost backed out - but speaking to Max - I can only say he came across as genuinely helpful and it was a chance we took without regret.

I strongly recommend their professional service.

This is a long story cut short, but the outcome was very positive.
I asked Max at All Class Mercedes to source 2 front wings for a R170 Mercedes-Benz SLK. Max said that he had a pair due in , and would call back soon. Call back he did, to say that one of the wings had arrived. It was, however, a pre-facelift one (with an indicator hole). Max reassured me that his bodyshop boys would fill the hole with a new bonding system, rather than filling it. It was sent up to me, and my bodyshop guys are very happy with the quality of it. Happy days.

The other wing was more of a challenge. The ones that Max sourced over the next few weeks were not to his liking as far as quality goes. Max kept me up to date throughout the quest for the "other" wing. He was upfront throughout, even when he had to call me to say that the part we were waiting on had turned up and was not to the quality he felt that he could rightfully sell.

So, by chance I've sourced a new wing for the SLK. I called Max to explain, and he was very gracious. A part refund was agreed, which he paid very promptly.

In summary: Although Max wasn't able to source both wings in the end, he NEVER gave up trying. You can't conjure these things up out of thin air. He tried as hard as he possibly could to get the parts for me, and at the end of the day, that's all you can ask.

Max was courteous throughout, and never failed to return a call or message. I would certainly use All Class Mercedes again in the search for a part.

As the other reviews suggest STAY AWAY from this business.
Stills owes me money from 2018. no chance of getting it back,
Max comes across really friendly and helpful. Should make a good conman.
