Halfords - Leamington Spa

Firstly I would like to say how helpful the member of staff was at your Warwick branch regarding replacing the battery on our car, as it turned out the problem was resolved by a local garage. However a member of staff at your call centre was not listening to me when I clearly told her I required a car battery to be checked and for what ever reason she booked me in for a bike assessment at your Leamington spa, me thinks there is a big difference between car and bike. So my four stars are for the member of staff at Warwick not the one at your call centre she gets two stars for not listening for what my issue was.

I went in today as my brake wasn’t working properly. I was served by Joshua who was really helpful and showed me what was wrong and what needed fixing and took me step by step on what to do. He showed me the part and not at all he never tried to rip me off he was very confident that I would be able to do it and said that if I struggled I could bring it down. I went in later that day and he checked that it all went ok! I highly recommend him and this branch and will definitely spend more money here and bring any more bikes that break down here to be repaired! Thank you again Joshua!

If I could zero stars, I would. Arrived for the bike check to be told we had no appointment despite having emails and a text message confirming it and staff continued to chat behind the counter and ignore us. Zero customer service skills.

If I had to rate the Leamington spa store in particular Connor I’d give it five stars as his customer service was exceptional however their South African customer service desk is appalling. I lost count of the amount of people that I spoke to the promised confirmations that never appeared the live chat doesn’t help either
I recommend just asking to speak to the store direct which you have to ring them first
I would not recommend buying anything online because it’s just one hassle after another and the customer service is non existent

Thé mail order service did not quite deliver. Ordered two items, one was out of stock after ordering. Branch rang twice but I was unavailable, message left to call back but could not get through*. Order then cancelled for one item. Reordered at another branch. Went to first branch, stick delivered but could not be found, was on the shelf anyway. Collect second item, identical - not found in mail order delivery - but was on shelf. I’m the end I got what I needed, all very pleasant but somewhat disjointed. Will shop again - staff super helpful at every turn.

Delivery was delayed twice with no explanation so my son didn't receive his bike on his birthday. No compensation offered. Didn't receive the call back I requested and staff were miserable on collection.
Very poor service. I'm hoping the product is better than the customer service.

I placed my order and later received a call informing me that my item was not actually in stock. I was asked if I wanted the item ordered into store which I said yes (that’s why I placed an order in the first place). I have then received information that my order has been cancelled, however the payment has still go out of my account. Avoid Halfords!

Fantastic. Superb service and delightful staff. Needed new battery fitted in a hurry after a breakdown. Sorted without fuss and at a great price.
