Halfords - Redditch

Bit disappointed with the lads regarding my 335i. They couldn’t fix my car and I ended up taking it to my local garage and it was fixed within 45 mins. It was a simple connection which had not been connected properly on the radiator but they made it sound like it was a big job. Friendly staff but 1 star for service

Had a battery fitted and paid £25 for the privilege. The man that fitted it asked another man how to fit it, whilst he was fitting it sparks flew literally 😳.
I took it to my mechanic, he couldn't believe that they hadn't even fixed the bracket that holds the battery in place.
He said I was lucky that a wire which they had not connected could of touched the bodywork of my camper and it could of all gone up in flames.
So I won't be using Halford again. Please be aware.

I have just visited Halfords Redditch to purchase a headlight bulb and have it fitted.
Josh and Joshua went above and beyond with their customer service and professionalism.
Nothing was too much trouble, Joshua advised me my side light had gone aswell as my headlight and fitted that for me at the same time, even though it was almost closing time at 6pm.
I would certainly recommend Halfords Redditch and their team.

Popped in for one item, one customer in front of me having difficulty explaining to cashier what he needed and she was patient and understanding, extra till was opened immediately and young lady was very polite and prompt. Impressed with service.

Visited the store in search of cycling overshoes. Not really sure what I was looking for. Stuart & Lewis were most helpful. Left with neoprene gloves and shoes for almost the same price as badly fitting shoes ordered from Wiggle online.
