Brilliant service getting our windscreen wipers purchased and fitted this Saturday afternoon. Very helpful member of staff. We will be back when we need any other items. Notably superior in every way compared to Halfords and others.

Great service from the guys in Bury St Edmunds today. Made my new number plates in double quick time, and loaned me tools to get my old ones off. Really friendly and efficient service. Definitely recommend.

Went into the them yesterday (12/12/19) to get a new driver side windscreen wiper & they are nothing short of fantastic! You tell them what it is you need, they ask you some details about your vehicle, they pick the right wiper for your car & they even fit it for you too while offering to take the old windscreen wiper away so you don't have to worry about binning it yourself. I was only there for roughly 20mins in total. The service they give is fantastic, they are so helpful. I'll be making sure I use them whenever I need nothing for my car.

I pop in to Motorspares from time to time for mainly car cleaning products. I called in today to buy some Ad blue. Normally I see the large 10 litre bottles for about £15. They had an offer of where the bottles became cheaper the more you purchased. I had three for £12.99 each, saved £9.

Max served me and helped me with the bottles to my car , what a nice chap , thank you Max.

I would highly recommend this shop, the staff are very knowledgable and there is always a good level of stock on show. I prefer to support these good local shops compared to the large nationals who never really seem to know much.

I am somewhat disillusioned by their ordering and service. I ordered an item and I was informed that it would be delivered to them on the 20th Aug, I visited on the 26th Aug, no item, I have since received a phone call from them saying this item will be delivered on 9 Sep. I wait for another delay. Not a very happy customer.

Visited Christmas Eve 2021. Very pleasant and extremely professional young man served us. He soon found what we were looking for which was a headlamp bulb and for a small charge fitted 2 bulbs while we waited. I wish there were more shop staff in other places like him. All the more reason to use local business. THANKS
