Great store. You can reserve items online and pick them up within an hour which is super convenient. Store delivery is also quite fast, usually within just a couple of days, i got some filter parts and bulbs from here. Prices for car parts are decent here, usually the same as other online retailers. You can come here to get your car serviced with any part you buy as well as your bicycles. Good shop

Really lovely in the shop when I bought the bike. But I had to immediately take my brand new bike into a local bike shop as whoever had made it had put the stand over the gear cable so I couldn't change gears at all. They had also not bolted a wheel on properly and a mudguard immediately came off. Wouldn't use again sadly as the staff were lovely in person.

Had two free bike checks done here. Took a little while to be seen but once I was the service was fantastic. Ray was fantastically thorough, and gave me some great advice. Leo took as much time with me as I wanted, and gave my bike a great little tune up without charging an arm and a leg. Would recommend.

Brought a car battery. It never kept the charge and was obviously faulty. Went to get a replacement. They said they had to test it over night. Told me that it was irrepairable and faulty however because their diagnostic machine didn't tell them it had a faulty cell they were not able to replace it under warranty. So I would have to buy another one. Absolute rip off merchants. Disgusted

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Needed a new battery and everyone was so pleasant and helpful. Fitting the battery didn't take them very long and I would definitely recommend this branch of Halfords

Email says ready to collect, when we went to store staff said it will ready to collect only 3 days. False information, waste of journey. My son went again after 3 days. Still the staff said its not ready. Finally he got the bike after a week of receiving email saying bike is ready to collect. What a pathetic service. Have heard horror stories about Halfords, but this was personal horrendous experience
