Halfords - Maidstone

Came in here to buy a bicycle for my daughter. The knowledgeable member of staff who helped us was great. She gave us simple and no nonsense advice. I can't vouch for the quality of the purchase yet but the friendly and efficient service combined with the bicycle we chose being in stock and ready for collection same day made it a great buying experience.

We had a rear brake light replaced at the Aylesford branch. I purchased the bulb then a member of staff called Ben completed the repair. He was chatty and very friendly. It was a completely natural service he was just being himself.
We found out among other things he was a trained mechanic in his previous employment and made a point of showing us how to perform the repair.

Had a great experience today with Halfords was assisted by a gentleman called Dave from store 562 Maidstone - he was a credit to your company, polite, professional, helpful and kind - would definitely come again because of him. I tried to leave feedback on your give us a steer feedback form but couldn't get on, but I do hope he gets to see this - its all too easy to complain but so nice to be able to give such positive feedback Thanks Dave

Dan, Tomek, Jasper and Roxy are wonderful and friendly staff members at Halfords bike section. They gave me priceless advice for my scooter and repaired my scooter on the same day! They previously also repaired my bike before that to high standards. I highly recommend and will always come back!!!! Thank you Tomek, Dan and jasper :) great service :)

Outstanding customer service from the team but especially Dave W who fitted the part and also corrected errors previously actioned by Halfords in Sevenoaks. Dave’s professionalism and courtesy shone through and he is such an asset to Halfords Aylesford and would go back for any future requirements based on his service he provided earlier this evening .

Living in this postmodern late capitalist nightmare that we call the 21st century, a pleasant retail experience makes all the difference by momentarily holding off the existential dread. Julie and Ian were exceptional, friendly and helpful staff when I came in with a query about my windscreen wipers and I shall be delighted to return if I ever need their help again.

I just wanted to thank one of your colleagues in the Aylesford store today for changing my cracked wing mirror glass free of charge, I’m sorry but I didn’t get his name but he was so polite and helpful. Thanks again for your immaculate service!

Absolutely 1st class staff. First Jacob came up to me and asked if he could help and helped me and then he got Dave to do my 10 point check . Dave was so informative I couldn’t ask for anything better he certainly was 1st Class. I have never been so happy with service like this anywhere.
