Halfords - Twickenham

Yesterday I was ready to give a low review because my bike was not ready to collect on the booked slot. However, the manager Adam rescheduled my slot for the very next day and offered me a 25£ voucher to spend in the store for the inconvenience which I found very thoughtful.
The bike is great, I love it! Had a 45m journey home to test it. I can’t wait to give it a proper ride.
I had such a great memories with my old one, but after 5 years with me was time for an upgrade.
Halford offers to recycle your old bike, refurbish it and give it to charity. I think is a beautiful project specially because I was thinking to bin it or keep it for a bit just in case.

Halfords was a wonderful experience for me. The Halfords personnel impressed me with their courtesy and helpfulness.
Adam helped me remarkably in exceeding all of my expectations. He gave me great advice on which bike tyre would be best and affordable, which was very useful. He is a true credit to Halfords because he was courteous, competent, and shown exceptional customer service abilities. I appreciate a pleasant experience, so thanks!

Fantastic service. We are in a holiday in London, so I buyed my daughter a scooter. I asked them if they could build the scooter for us, and they did in like 5 mins. So i will give them 2 thumbs up and 5 stars, for being friendly and for giving excellent service.

Came in on a Saturday to get a new inner tube fitted on a bike. It wasn’t busy but there were a few other customers there and I was told it would be an hour wait.

I came back an hour later and there were no customer’s there and several staff members standing around and they hadn’t even started on my bike.

Staff member, possibly the manager, got another staff member to fit the inner tube. He took the bike into the back and didn’t come out for half an hour.

Usually only takes 10 mins to do. So I wasn’t impressed by how long it took them and no acknowledgement or apologies for me waiting so long. I won’t be going back.

Plethora of options on bikes, good gears, clothing and accessories. The only con is we got the bike recently in 2022 but due to pandemic we were not allowed to test drive before booking the bike. We got to try on the bike only after the delivery was made which isn’t helpful

Both Sam and The Team were amazing, they were helpful and knowledgeable especially Sam when it came to fitting a new inner tube on my bicycle. He answered all my questions with a calm, polite friendly matter.
