Halfords - Sutton

Went as needed brake light fitted . In old days could have done myself but now such a palavour. Didn't have to wait long, young man that fitted it was very efficient and super polite and polite. Thank you

I went into this store this afternoon (Tuesday) to get 2 new front wipers & 1 back wiper ....within 5mins I had all 3 replaced...the 2 super lady assistants I had help me are 100% a credit to Halfords, helpful, kind and informative. Also the price was amazing so a great Big Thankyou from me & I certainly will be returning to this store for any of my car needs in the future !!!

The best garage I've ever seen in the whole of London. The person who was serving me was so polite and friendly with a big smile on her face. She with another colleague helped me to get a discount through the Halfords membership. They suggested me to wait for 45 mins but after 15 minutes I was served and the lady who helped me to fit the bulbs did well and beyond to get them fitted correctly and there was one part which was broken so she couldn't fix it but she tried her maximum to fit them. These people need a bonus or a pay rise for making Halfords' customers happy. Surely recommend this garage.

I had a full car check done this evening at Sutton, Halfords. Alex who checked my car was a really friendly and a professional guy. I check all the components of my car thoroughly and explained me. I would high recommend them to anyone.

I visited the store today. One gentleman named Mr Alex he checked my car properly. He is very nice and polite person. He did a very good job.

I took my sons bike for a free Health Check and work to fix an issue with the gears and chain which was causing him problems being able to use it to commute to work. The customer service from the moment of taking it in, to diagnosing the issue and talking through the repair, costs and timelines was flawless. Total 5 🌟 service and the bike is working like new again - thank you Halfords Sutton. A big thank you too, to Shana who was super helpful to my son on the phone talking it all through.

Tracey in the spare parts department was friendly, helpful and made sure that my rear wiper was ordered in and fitted within two hours. Excellent service

All quite helpful, ordered by web, chap went and collected order from stockroom. He also called another branch for me as wanted additional stuff, a roof rack and only had 2 parts of 3 part solution, good experience
