Poor customer service ethic. Computer stock system not maintained. Came for an item that system said was in stock only to find nothing on the shelf. Was then told to make another journey across town on Monday. No thanks, won't be using you again.

Went in there yesterday to buy a new car battery! We were waiting a good ten minutes. No one acknowledged us. It took two men to serve one man. So we walked out. Rubbish customer service so went and spent our money elsewhere! Won’t be returning!

Good quality parts, friendly staff. When looking for a battery they supplied a top quality battery at half the price I was quoted elsewhere. 4 year guarantee. Can't fault them.

The place is good finding allmost all the parts that you need but the guy that works there at counter is the best. All the time with a smile on his face and trying his best to make you happy and thanks full. He deserves a reward from his boss. He is the reason why choosing their shop all the time.
