Great experience - Just had my son’s bike repaired today. Although busy they still fitted in another job & made the little one happy. The price was right & the waiting time was adequate. Special Thank you to Michael for the great service you provided with today.

Just got some really great advice from a customer service agent (with deadlocks)! I came to get a quote for some pebble cracks on my windscreen, but as i have one quite low down on my window which cannot be repaired, he suggested i check with my insurer (something silly me didn't even think about doing). Insurer is able to help without affecting my no claims, and so i just want to send some appreciation to the agent for advising me honestly, and taking the time also to look at the cracks on my screen. Thanks again, didn't catch your name but it is very much so appreciated!

Awful slow experience when click and collect on bike parts the 2 young chaps working had no clue how to prioritise their jobs and keep customers happy. Came to pick up 2 items that were ready and it took me over 10 minutes to wait for him to fit something for another customer. expensive shop that has poor customer service at times. Parts were found much cheaper on Amazon next day delivery.

My experience was great. Service was brilliant at the checkout. She suggested to sign up for £5 off and I filled in the form in under 30 seconds and she was shocked and said that’s the quickest she has seen someone fill in this form. Payed for my car mat’s and left a very happy customer with no waiting time.

I found the store confusing for a Click & Collect order. Having purchased online, I entered and went straight to the first counter called Click & Collect.

After patiently waiting for my turn, the person at the counter cut me short and told me to go upstairs because I had a bike-related order. Fair, but it was my first visit and there were no directions telling me I should've gone upstairs upon entering!

I expressed my displeasure, hoping they'd take the feedback to improve customer experience; but turns out it was my fault because the people at the checkout counter were rude and expected me to know the store layout like the back of my hand, and asked someone else to continue the conversation with me.

What I experienced was more than what I expected. The reception, treatment and the checks done on my car were excellent. It was an excellent customer care with no financial cost. You showed in practice that you value more customers’ need than money. Good bless you!

I would like to thank all the Halfords bicycle mechanics for their above and beyond service today. George the supervisor and Tim were very helpful as were the the rest of the staff on the upper floor. I cannot sing their praises highly enough they were all awesome. They were happy to assist me with installing a new inner tube and also helped me out with the installation of very tight 27.5 x 2.6 tire onto my new rear wheel. Sadly I managed to pinch one of the inner tubes whilst doing a full wheel and hub assembly conversion on my downhill mtb. They were extremely knowledgeable and passionate about all the products they sold in store. Thank you 🙏🏽😊

On two occasions recently I have had reason to use Halfords fitting services for family members. I have been impressed with the happy courteous service I received on both occasions from Dave. All the staff were friendly and efficient and Dave particularly was first class. I would highly recommend the service.
