Halfords

I was driving from Devon back to London last 18th of July when my car started developing a problem and switch the EML on plus was also loosing power.

I Stopped at Halfords Tiverton and the guy working there called Dan helped me out to choose a fuel system cleaner plus also helped me to check the code from the warning light.

This kind gentleman deleted the code for me so the car was no longer loosing power. He was very helpful as I was traveling with my family including my two children. We arrived London well and safe.

This gentleman called Dan showed a lot of empathy and a fantastic level of customer service. What a lovely gentleman

Your help was much appreciated and came in the right time. Many many thanks from me and my family.

although it transpired that the bike was ready for pick up they forgot to record me in their diary for the pick up time. I asked for the bike build. Well i also therefore assumed a mechanic would work on the build. The brakes were not set and tested and the drive train was not set up as the gear change was irregular and not all gears could be accessed.
I therefore had to do this myself with very limited knowledge and reference to you tube. As a result it now works and is 1000% better than what i received from Halfords. Its a shame that such a good bike has t be associated with such a poor outlet. It gives Boardman a bad name

Came to store with child seat that had developed fault.
Received exceptional customer service. The lady who specialises in car seat was extremely knowledgeable and went out of her way to help us. A rare experience and reminds me why shopping in store can beat online!
Would highly recommend this store to anyone.

Perfect in store assistance for the correct lamps. Unfortunately one of the boxes was empty (stolen from in store I guess!), but replaced without fuss. Thanks Halfords

First class experience, able to easily find what I was looking for, at checkout very helpful staff located my online purchase and even loaded it into my vehicle, which was not necessary but very convenient and helpful.Thanks to them both.

The staff (Becky) was lovely, super helpful and very accomodating and was able to find the best bike for me even when I had no clue haha

Terrible picking. Ordered a set of mudguards, should be simple. The picker got the make correct but not the actual set I ordered. It's basic stuff.
Only reason for 2 stars is the service in store. He was very helpful and understood. Halford ĺost a sale because wrong item delivered.

I popped in to Halfords in Tiverton this morning to get a replacement headlight bulb
While in I decided to replace both They even fit them for you on site The young chap that done the work was really friendly and throughout the time was really cheery He is a credit to your company and deserves praise for a job well done to Will recommend you guys to anyone needing quick perfect service
