Guys I do have unbelievable experience today. My bike was left there for repairing 2 days ago. The mechanic he checked and updated about cost. I was more than happy yo fix my bike. I told him ho ahead which only cost me £94.95. He changed gear cables and chain and chain wheels which were worn out. This cost was including servicing which is very reasonable. When I rode my bike I felt like brand new and very smooth. I would like to say big thank you to mechanic and all Halford team.

Visited the store today for a simple headlight bulb replacement, the manager Michael was very organised and helpful organising this for me. I was served by another colleague named Ishmael who carried out the service and also advised I could make a saving of £5 joining Halfords motoring club service. I did so, which also lead to Ishmael carrying out a more detailed check of my car only to find another light that didn’t work. Just excellent attention to detail along with great customer service which is hard to find these days. 5 stars

Veery poor customer service. Went buy a bike tyre and the one I wanted wasn’t on the rack with other tyres despite it being shown in stock at that store on their web site. The was one person at the bike section who was repairing a bike and nobody serving. There was a queue of customers waiting to be served. I went to the tills and asked if the tyre was available and showed him on my phone. The assistant directed me to the bike section. I explained that there was only one person there who was repairing a bike and nobody serving and asked if he could help me. He told me he could not help and I would have to wait to be served at the bike section.

Went instore to buy new wipers for my car. The Deputy Manager of the store helped me find the right ones for the front windscreen. I also needed one for the rear window. Apparently Halfords don't sell any rear wipers for the Toyota. Train your staff to go the extra mile if it means more money in the till. The deputy manager who chose not to help me find a rear window wiper because the policy recommends a charge to take off old wiper and match with a new one. I thought that was lack of customer service as why would I pay if in case there was no match instore!
I have had better service in Harrow before they closed down. Kwik fit found me a wiper and fitted it no issues at all.

I popped into this store to collect a reserved item; its a small store that seemed to have no other customers inside at the time when I arrived. I saw one member of staff packing shelves who didn't great me with hello or good afternoon, however, after asking him where to collect my purchase he offered his advice and disappeared; I then had a another question and saw another staff member walking by; who immediately assisted and offered to check in the stock room for my enquiry. I found him to be very pleasant to talk to and he asked if i needed any further assistance. When I arrived at the payment counter, I saw another two younger lads working and taking together, both acknowledged me on arrival and one of them dealt with my purchase very quickly; I was very impressed with this young persons mannerism, politeness and helpfulness and as I was leaving the store, he thanked me and said 'enjoy the rest of your day'. However, when I returned to my car I had nibbled on some very salty crisps and immediately developed really bad heartburn, so I popped back into the store to see if they had any mints, I saw the same young man ad served me; and I asked him if tthey sold any there; he said he wasn't sure and walked back over to the counter and he said what about chewing gum and I said yes fine, but I was surprised to see the young man put his had in his pocket and offer me one of his own mint chewing gums, which I accepted and thanked him. This is what I call going way above and beyond to give a memorable experience to customers and leave a great impression of himself. This young man who seems to be in his early 20's should be promoted to going around different stores and training other staff on delivering ultimate customer experiences; especially branches like Tottenham Hale which has some of the rudest, ill mannered staff working in any retail store I have ever entered. Well done Alperton Store; a small but very customer focused store that will leaving wanting to return!!

I bought the bike in Twickenham and the service was done in Alperton after reaching 2000km/1243 miles. I was well taken care of at both stores. Congratulations on the dedication and professionalism of your employees. Thank you Halfords.

Excellent service. Identified the issue and sorted it with no fuss. I thought I’d need a new wheel or hub at least but a wash were and a lot fiddling later my bike was back in action for £10. Awesome!

My electric bike had an electric problem. Luckily I have got an expert, helpful, fast, kind and polite bike technician. His name is KADER.
His job is great and I am over the Moon.
If I can choose, I definitely will choose him again.
Thank you!
