Friendly, very helpful service. I bought a ignition coil for my focus just after Christmas when fords didn't have one in stock.. Motor parts direct saved my skin as I seriously needed my car and at a third of the price fords wanted. very pleased indeed, will definitely use again. 5 stars

As an employee at Sittingbourne, it might be thought that I get paid for leaving a positive review, but unfortunately I don't. However, I do see the day to day running of the branch from behind the scenes and know how often Martin and staff go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. The conscientious counter staff are backed up by an equally experienced team of drivers.
