Halfords - Dover

I've never had any problems with Halfords products or staff. The guys are always knowledgeable and willing to help. Today we were served by a guy called Kieran. What a nice bloke! Really customer focused and knew what he was talking about. I'm a happy customer!

Picked up a Boardman ADV 9.0 thanks to special arrangements from Head Office. Bike was set up properly, and staff is kind and helpful. This bicycle is special, Halfords made new bike day extra special. Thank you! Greetings from the Netherlands

Great experience today on choosing a bike for myself and my Daughter. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Even though they appeared to be quite busy nothing was too much trouble, they showed real care and dedication to enable us to make the right decision. Unfortunately the bikes we purchased weren't available to view in store, but we were able to test an alternative to check correct sizing options. We are very pleased with our purchases.

Visited the Dover branch as I am awaiting a replacement part for my dash-cam. Guy at the till was very efficient and friendly. Reordered the part and advised he would call my mobile when it is in store. Whole transaction took a matter of minutes, very professional staff with excellent customer care.

Went in to find something to seal my leaking head gasket, one of the staff members showed me quickly to exactly what I needed for the job. I went to the till and the girl serving was very friendly and smiley, she asked if I would like to receive emails about special offers etc which I happily accepted.
I left the store feeling really pleased with both my purchase and the service provided 👍 x

I ordered a scooter for my son which we had problems setting up. We went back the next day after picking it up and a very kind man helped us to set up the scooter thank you very much. Excellent service.

Not long had my disability car, so was unsure as to the correct fluids. The store was well laid out, and not only were the products easily found, but they had handy electronic lookup guides for the correct product type. As I couldn't remember the full reg I was able to search on make, model, year etc. Staff were very knowlegeable when I asked a difficult query, and when I had finished with a container, and was looking for a bin, a member of staff offered to bin it for me. Well done for helping a disabled driver..

Great experience in store and the staff were really helpful with their answers. The bike check was quick and thorough and carried out while I waited, which was great. I always get good service in Halfords.
