Would rate 0 stars but can’t. Got here at 5:55pm as they are supposed to close at 6pm. Door was locked and no answer when I knocked, also didn’t answer the phone. Ridiculous

Nice and polite man at the reception, helped me with the battery carrying it into the car for me! As it was heavy and was placed on the counter too high for me to lift it.

I really want to say a huge thank you for the customer service I received. Basically I ordered 1l of particular oil. This oil was available on a website, but not in store. I've been told to come back the next day. Unfortunately they didn't provide me with the oil I ordered on next day too BUT....
They offered 4l for the price of 1l.

One time I went into the store there was a young man called Faris who was not rude in anyway but didn’t seem to want to be there. When I told him there was a que now he said “don’t worry about it.” Which I think isn’t the attitude to have.

The next time I visited I was greeted by a man called Tony, he was pleasant and help me with everything I needed. They didn’t have the item that I needed so he ordered it for me for the next day. I came to collect it and he greeted me with a smile and good manners. Great member of your team!
