I took a bike wheel in on Friday the 9/9/2022 to have a new spoke fitted as I’d popped one I was told leave the wheel with them and they do it week commencing 12/9/2022 I was happy with that and they said they’d notify me when ready. I then received a call on Sunday afternoon 11/9/2022 to tell me was it ok to fit a silver spoke in a black spoked wheel as they hadn’t got any black spokes I did absolutely no straight away I said you’ve had my wheel since Friday morning and decide on Sunday afternoon to inform me you haven’t got any black spokes he said we didn’t know and then proceeded to tell me if I wanted black it would be weeks ABSOLUTELY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE WONT EVER USE THEM AGAIN I’m collecting my wheel Monday 12/9/2022

We had to return and exchange a baby car seat, the manager was extremely helpful in aiding us, and JJ was brilliant and patient while we swopped different seats in and out of the car for our baby to try out 1st, all in all top class customer service!! Would definitely recommend this branch.

Made a purchase on 6th October online. No email confirmation. Rang up after 2 weeks as still no communication. Was told about email issues but my order was confirmed. A few days later an email to tell me they’d had email problems. Still no email re delivery or to confirm. So today went in store. Asked me for order number which I did not have due to no communication. I had my PayPal info luckily. Order was in and had been for the last 2 weeks. Poor.

Excellent service from Sarah and Lewis today. Helped fit new lights on my ford fiesta - took the time to carefully fix and fit them. Both were Friendly, considerate and professional, and undoubtedly they are valuable memebers of the team, both deserve promotions and a payrise.10/10 - thankyou.

No stars!
Needed battery change and opted for the store to change this on site.
Assistant with a PDA wanted some details but unknown to me completed a "vehicle check" called weCheck.
Recieved an email with this check including oil, wipers, bulbs, washer fluid, battery( thats why i was there!) and tyres.
No checks were done and I was present all the time.
Apparently 2 tyres were below legal limit! ( new tyres fitted all round less than two weeks before). No one mentioned this at the time!
I'm a mechanic so checked this illegal claim, guess what? Tyres are fully legal.
Didn't ask for this report or get asked if i wanted it!

Went into Halfords Cannock today to look for a first bike for my little granddaughter, we were helped by a young assistant named Jack, we found him to be very helpful and polite young man who we couldn't praise enough, thank you Jack

Service is good, but so rushed. Mechanic fitting battery was very good at Cannock. Had a problem because they didn’t check my email address for receipt property therefore no receipt. Found it impossible to ring store to rectify. Have to now go in to get receipt for warranty to be valid on battery. This will waste at least two hours, just because their systems are poor.
