I’m a Community Support worker and simply can’t see my elderly clients without my car . Your area manager needs to give you recognition for your exemplary customer service .

Staff are top notch- The bloke in this store cannot help you enough and will go way out of his way to help... Which is all you could want in store.

Only dropped a star, due to prices being a bit high but no higher than Halfords or Euro car parts these days and more convenient to shop here sometimes.

Needed an off side wing mirror for my Audi A6 so first place I phoned was euro carparts,who told me I'd have to go to a main dealer and couldn't help me.
So I rang Motor World before I rang dealers and they told me it was not a problem they could get one ordered for the next day,absolutely brilliant service and would highly recommend this place to anyone,bend over backwards to help you 😀👏👏👏

Popped in to find out how I top up the Ad Blue In my car. Staff were so friendly and helpful as I didn’t have a clue what to do. They even filled it up for me. Excellent service thank you so much 😊

Excellent ! Nigel in the Tamworth store called around other branches to try and source the Bike I wanted, then referred me to the Burton store who were equally helpful

Really friendly staff who gave us expert advice and help us make sure we got the right oil for mine and my partner’s cars. We will definitely be back.

Dated and uninspiring, has a good stock of parts in its store but not on display. It is able to get most things to order fairly quickly and at a reasonable cost.

Just used this shop.Needed oil got to counter
price was incorrect.Only by a penny.So no fuss not bothered.
Went back 2 hrs later.wanted £9.75.even though it was marked up at £7 95.
Not pleased 2 staff.showed little interest stuck to my guns.there problem.
Checked other oils.Some marked up others not.
NOT IMPRESSED. SHODDY. Poor customer service.
Did however get it at marked up price.
Dont trust proces.
