This review is especially for Camille, who not just recommended me everything I need, she went above and beyond to even paint the rack stand for me. Had it not been for Camille, I probably would not have made the purchase,as I had no clue what all I would require. Throughout the entire process,Camille always had a beautiful smile on her face and actually ended up working way beyond her shift time on two days,just to close this successfully.This kind of customer service is quite rare in the UK, and such staff should be paid much better and taken care-of. Camille certainly deserves a raise/promotion.

Such helpful and friendly staff! They all seem very friendly in particular (Steve) fixed my brakes and gears quickly and easily all the while having a chat with me.

Plus sent me home with some tips on how to fix the problems if they reoccur. Couldn't recommend enough.

I went to the store today to purchase some coolant. I spoke with Matt, who went above and beyond to help me. I have a problem with my coolant, and he was troubleshooting what my issue could be. Suggested a product that might resolve my issue (fingers crossed), and Matt completed a check of my car (filled my coolant, checked tyre pressure pumped them up checked oil and lots more!). He was super polite and helpful from start to finish, and I couldn't have asked for better service. Matt made my day, and I will be returning because of his service. I feel like he went above and beyond for me today 😁

Booked a car check up at 5.45, arrived and was told it would be at least half an hour wait. Didn't bother and won't bother going back again. Why offer timed appointments if they can't stick to them.

Drove long way to go store to pick up baby 360 car seat. I approach to person on till nath show him my email for car seat I bought online then ask him to fit on my car response with rude manner I can’t and anger then change his mind some reason .
When he install car seat we asked him could show us how’s work he respond I can’t .only asked my to sign he’s paper work. Good luck to him with such attitude &!anger problem.

I arrived nearly 2 hours early for a bike assessment on the chance I could be seen sooner, Kieran was very accommodating and professional. All the staff seem happy and polite 6/5 ;)

Dropped in for some advice on a childs bike, the staff couldn't have been more helpful - providing the right part and sorting for me right away. I've also used the store for car parts in the past and they have been so helpful

Brilliant, fitted new wheel trims for me then topped up screen wash and pumped up tyres for free! Lovely polite young man who did this. Thank you
