GSF Car Parts (Harlow)

Ordered a part on the phone with Sam who was fine. I asked if I could return the part if it was incorrect? “Yes” came the reply. Bought the part and it wasn’t the right. I telephoned and spoke to a sales counter assistant named Lee. Unfortunately Lee should not in my opinion be answering the phone to the general public. He has an incredibly rude arrogant approach to dealing with customers. He claimed I cannot now return the part as previously promised. Having asked him to address the manager he forgot to put me on hold or cover the phone. Appalling is how I would describe how he spoke of a returning customer. I have been dealing with Euro Car Parts for a number of years and I shall never again make a purchase from GSF Harlow back to Euro Car Parts for me, at least they treat customers with respect.

Discount is only online. Salesman advised that since I didn't pre-ordered the parts I couldn't receive the discount. Otherwise I could do it when I was in the shop and wait 20' for the order to proceed to them. Other than that they have good prices

Some parts hard to find and selling cheap poor quality parts for good money. Bought traction arms for my Audi over 110£ each, one failed within year another 10 days after warranty. For first one managed get refund after 2 month and factory expertise but lost warranty for replacement part, even bought it independent on another invoice and different brand. So ordered second arm (genue Lemforder) from Autodoc for 100£ plus delivery, and received within one week. Never gonna use GSF car parts, they simply don't care about customers.

Easy to click & collect. The parts matched my number plate which made things an ease to fit.
The online sales discount code was an added bonus.

Bloke running the place on the day I visited is a rude bell-end with no customer service skills. Wouldn't use this place again. Feel sorry for the gimps working under him. They must consider suicide regularly.

Great discounts and great staff

The store was to open at 8.30, the staff did not open the store on time.Despite saying "Good morning", no response at all. Extremely rude staff. Definitely NOT going to GSF Harlow once again. Going to shop at other places as after paying premium money, I don't deserve to be treated as second class citizen!

Always a good service by the customer service team but prices I’ve noticed are going up not good for the corporate side
