The young boy at the till was brilliant. Although I've purchased a wrong item and had to return it within couple of minutes, he was really patient with me and helped me to pick the right product.

Really disappointed with Halfords when having my number plate re-fitted. The staff were unclear, unhelpful and rude. The man who fitted the number plate however was lovely and did a great job - the only saving grace!

I went to Halfords to have an indicator light replaced.
There was a 30 minute wait due to the weather becoming wintery and several cars needing replacement parts.
The bulb was replaced efficiently and the cost was very reasonable the cost was much less than my local Garage

I purchased car battery, and a car charger in the store.
Josh, has a great communication skills with customers. He informed me about the discounts, that I wasn't aware of, and because of that I saved £35 that day.
I will be visiting same Halfords soon to buy my car oil.

I never been treated so rude ... i pop in to exchange tools due to warranty . Stuff walks like they will be on holiday i came to cash desk woman said she is not trained to do it and tell me to wait .I wait 20minutes another girl came and said to come later they are busy can't solve my problem ... stuff shortage bullsh... highly not recommended

Had to queue. Sons light put in but had to get re done as the bulbs were not put in properly so were blinding other drivers. So check your lights before you leave! Expensive items.

Excellent service from John and his team having new headlamp bulbs as one had gone. It was a cold night and the bulbs were hard to remove but John and his team remained friendly and positive all of the time and the bulbs were successfully changed.

I collected a bike today from the store and would like to say how helpful kyron was, definitely best customer service I have received in a long time from anywhere
