Friendly guy at the counter knows what his talking about and helped me thorough , good customer service

Initially discussed battery prices on the phone and was told the battery I wanted would be delivered from Hoddesdon and would be in Hatfield approximately 90 mins later. Left a good couple of hours and when arrived the battery hadn't been delivered!! The guy on the counter was great tho, really apologetic arranged a meet half way with Hoddesdon immediately but then thankfully realised that battery wasn't right for my car anyway. They guy suggested other options and I left with the right battery at a great price...slight discount due to problems. Would definitely use again 👍

All good and fine, bought a battery but wasn't told they don't fit them and had to do it myself. Good side is they borrowed me the tools and i had the knowledge.
