Brilliant service from guys at Halfords, Stroud! Helped us immensely to get our car holiday ready by advising on roof bars and fittings and same day fitting service and free health check on car! Highly recommend, could not fault.

I went in to buy a electric scooter. First time was point blank told you cant buy it because of government regulations. Second time they second was a different chap and second I could and reminded to use on private land. I went in on two separate occasions and one occasion I'd give 0 starts second closer to 5. So giving 3 to average both visits.

Every time I go into Halfords, I'm always amazed by their great customer service, and how helpful they are. Staff are super generous with their time and expertise and they've got a great range of products. My go to place for bike servicing, would recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service from a really lovely, helpful guy called Wizard who could not have been kinder or more efficient.
He tested my battery (which needed replacing) assisted me to purchase the correct replacement, disposed of the old battery and offered to fit the new one; there is a charge I believe but I didn’t need this today.

I visited Stroud Halfords after some of the bulbs in my Peugeot died. Not knowing much about cars myself I felt a bit daft asking for help, but Dave fitted and sorted the headlight and side light for me no problem. Excellent service, would highly recommend

Prompt service, mechanic who looked at bulb that was not working, and a few fluid levels that needed sorting, identified that the bulb was simply not in correctly and sorted it out and didn’t sell me a new bulb. He was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely go back there, great service.

Excellent service. Booked online for new headlamp including fitting. After a short wait in the very busy store the lamp was fitted. Completely stress free experience.

Can't fault the guys working there but the company procedures are rubbish. I've now done 2 round trips from Ciren to Stroud and each time told that I can't leave my bike there in the store. Waiting to be notified that they have the part which means another trip there and back and potentially another to collect the bike after being repaired. Why I couldn't leave my bike there on the first trip is beyond me. With the amount I've spent on fuel it would have been far cheaper to repair it somewhere else!
