Masai4x4 - Defender Accessories

Over the past few weeks Masai have carried out a number of upgrades to my 90 including new windows, info system, sound proofing, new roof and side lining.
The quality of work has been excellent and I’ve been happy with the price compared to other suppliers.
Ferzan and Lawrence were true to their word about what they could do and they have one very satisfied customer.
I’ll be back shortly for my next upgrade 👍

Truly excellent and I did not think that I would say this for spare parts supply and fitting. needed new rear heated screen and wanted a front heated one. Ordered on the phone and arranged for Masai to fit both, including new seals etc. Could not have been more helpful. Refused a deposit or payment on the phone. Went to their new premises (vast, compared to the old one) and was met with a warm welcome, shown around and work started at once. Offered a seat in their customer area with wifi or a choice to be taken by them to a local farm shop and cafe (went for the latter!). Worked speedily and phoned then collected from the farm cafe when complete - much sooner than I had anticipated. They insisted I checked not only the work done but also that all the electrics were working before I left (they were). Helpful suggestions about my radio aerial (never great in a defender). I have had parts of excellent quality before but this was the first time they fitted them for me. Would I go back - yes, of course!

I can't praise this company enough. Ferzan and the team were friendly and offered me professional advice as to the best and most cost effective way to enhance my Defender. Ferzan makes great coffee and kindly drove me to Lichfield whilst the works were being completed. The new windows and trims transformed the vehicle and he even dropped it off to my hotel the following morning. Many thanks Andrew Terry

The team at Masai are fantastic!! I put in probably my biggest parts order to date! And instead of just hitting send! every item was validated to ensure I was getting the right parts and they were compatible with the changes not yet installed….. this process saved me a significant amount of time sending bits back!
As for the parts! One word SUPERB!

As always, the guys (and girls) at Masai provide the highest level of service. Their own products are of the highest quality, and look good too. They even make great tea! Along with this, I cannot recommend their in-house fitting service highly enough.

I have bought loads of parts from Masai they have a real understanding of originality.
I had an issue with installing a sunroof in the headliner supplied by Masai and I had a short period to get this work completed and the owner himself spoke to me on face time from his bed to help as he had just had an operation but still helped us complete this project. Really appreciated his commitment to helping his clients.

Had an upgrade on a 110 hard top 2 door blue van comprising panoramic glass, interior headlining and roof/wheel arch re-paint gloss black. Delighted with outcome. These guys are highly skilled technicians and fitters and capable of everything up to a ground up restoration. Prices were very reasonable and the pick up from Burton on Trent rail station much appreciated.
