Took the works van with goodwinch fitted in rear. Excellent service and repair completed.
Fast and efficient with all the parts in stock.whole winch stripped, cleaned in steam cabinet and regreased .all new gaskets. Tested and sent on my way in 3 hours. A pleasure to deal with this firm and fully recommend you to buy winches here. They are the most knowledgable firm of all regarding all types of winch. Thanks again for good service.

Can’t fault them on anything. Customer service was the best I’ve ever experienced. Wil knew what I needed from a photo with email and supplied the required parts within 2 days of ordering. Will definitely be using again soon (I broke the freespool lever) . Can’t recommend goodwinch enough to do justice
