I have a garage in Williton ordered a pair of rear shocks for a customer around 11am was told they would be on the 15.30 van. 17.00 still no rear shocks so called and asked politely where the parts was as I had customer coming back at 17.30, his reply was they are not going to be with you today. Yeah cheers buddy thanks for letting me know now I have a stranded customer who needs the car tomorrow to go to a funeral in London, would of been nice to get a call earlier in the day so I could of sourced parts from else where. I will never use again and will be cancelling my trade account.
